Karnataka Cable Association to have new office

The Karnataka State Cable TV Operators’ Association is going to have its new office inaugurated on 24th Wednesday at 11.30 am. The programme is going to be attended by the Home Minister Mr. Ramalinga Reddy, Information and Public Relations Minister Mr. CC Patil and Cable Operators’ Federation of India President Mrs. Roop Sharma.
The office building located in Koramanagala area of Bengaluru city will be the focal point for all the association related activities of the cable Operators of the state. The president of the association Mr. Patrick Raju has invited all the LCOs and MSOs of rth estate apart from the LCO and MSO leaders of various states to grace the occasion.
Recently, the Karnataka High Court has asked the electricity department to look into the matter of hanging cables throughout Bengaluru city and the Karnataka State Cable Operators Association has swiftly entered into the fray and appealed to the Chief Minister Sri Yedurappa that the problem is with the mushrooming broadband operators and the LCOs using the cables are very small in number. The President of the Association Mr. Patrick Raj has also brought to the notice of the chief Minister that the LCOs are operating on the Right of Way (RoW) provided as per law. The chief Minister has positively responded.
Now that the office is being inaugurated, the Association has aptly invited the Home Minister and the I&PR Minister to see that the opportunity is used to appraise them of the situation and get a favorable assuranc
