Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) has clarified that a news item being circulated in the media that Viacom 18 and Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited about the potential merger of the two organizations is incorrect.
In a press release digitally signed by its Company Secretary Mr. Ashish Agarwal, the organization chose to put an end to the news, terming it as speculative. “We herewith confirm that there is no such transaction being undertaken and the matter is speculative” the note added.
