As STAR sports plunge into to top rank among all channels in India during the week ended 30th April,2021, Star Maa dropped by two ranks to find its place at 5th rank. Sun TV which dropped during the previous week could fight back to retain its 4rd position. Zee Telugu continues to retain its place in top 10.
Among the Telugu General Entertainment Channels ( GECs), Star Maa Maa (2181) continues to retain its number one position. While Zee Telugu (1556), ETV Telugu (1213) and Gemini TV (797) bagged the 2nd, 3rd and 4th places. ETV Telugu and Gemini put together also less than Star Maa ratings. Star Maa is about 40% more on Zee Telugu, placed as number 2 Telugu GEC.
As for the programs are concerned, Star Maa retained all the 5 places among the top 5. Star Maa’s Karteeka Deepam (13997) bagged the first place while Intinti Gruhalakshmi (9251), Guppedantha Manasu (8256) Devatha (6883), and Janaki Kalaganaledu (6074) are placed in 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th places.
