Udayagiri police have registered a case against the local cable television network “CCN Cable Network” that operates from Udayagiri in Nellore district, for allegedly telecasting a pirated version of the OTT release Tuck Jagadish, a Telugu movie.
This movie was released on OTT platform Amazon Prime on 10th and the CCN has allegedly telecast the same in their network on 11th, the very next day of release.
On receiving a complaint, the Udayagiri police have raided the premises and seized the equipment. FIR has been registered with no. 62/2021 and the accused have been arrested. Further investigation is going on.
